Feria Urbanism is delighted to be part of the winning team commissioned by New Forest District Council to produce the Totton Town Centre Framework Master Plan. Building on our extensive community engagement in 2022, this project marks the next chapter in shaping how Totton can thrive. Insights from earlier work have already led to meaningful actions, including the establishment of the Totton Partnership and funding for smaller projects.
AR Urbanism will lead this latest stage, working alongside Feria Urbanism and Urban Delivery. The framework will be co-designed, with local residents at the heart of the process. One of the first tasks will be to create a resident panel to guide and shape emerging ideas.
The team is committed to developing a visionary yet practical framework to strengthen Totton’s role as a destination for the waterside area and gateway to the New Forest. Collaboration with residents and stakeholders will be key.
