Feria Urbanism is led by Richard Eastham, an urban designer and planner with extensive experience in design strategies, development frameworks and community engagement. A member of three design review panels, he has been named among the RTPI’s most inspiring professionals. Richard has led major urban framework and neighbourhood plans across the UK, bringing expertise in shaping vibrant, inclusive places, including the after-dark city. He teaches at the Arts University Bournemouth and the University of Southampton.
