Since 2007, we’ve developed and tested ways to involve people meaningfully in shaping where they live, work and play. From citizen panels and playful workshops to robust strategies and policy frameworks, our approach adapts to each place and project. We work across all scales — from city- wide visions to street-level interventions — always grounding ideas in lived experience and local context. Based on the south coast, we’re a small, agile studio collaborating with trusted architects, engineers and designers across the UK.

We’ve hosted multi-day design festivals in Kent to co-create neighbourhood plans, led walking tours to unlock hidden stories in Hampshire, and shaped bold town-centre visions in Dorset. Through workshops, exhibitions and hands-on research, we turn local insight into clear strategies and practical designs, leaving communities more confident, better connected and ready to lead change.
