Fordingbridge Public Exhibition

Our exhibition in Fordingbridge last week was a great success, attracting nearly 500 visitors over three days and generating more than 160 completed surveys. This marks an important step forward for the Fordingbridge Neighbourhood Plan. Feedback from attendees was very positive, with many praising the innovative ideas, clear presentation, and exciting future proposals. Several noted how well the research findings were set out, with simple diagrams and useful context offering a fascinating snapshot of life in the town.

The exhibition built on earlier focus group sessions, and it was encouraging to see how those conclusions resonated with the wider community. The strong turnout and thoughtful comments show genuine interest in shaping the town’s future. Special thanks go to Amber Hardy for the graphic design and to Wendy Jayne Cable and Kara Birrell for their project support. Their contributions helped make the event both professional and engaging.
