Yalding Parish Council appointed Feria Urbanism to assist them in the preparation of a neighbourhood plan.
Yalding is a village and civil parish in the Borough of Maidstone in Kent, England, situated around 10km south west of Maidstone at a point where the Rivers Teise and Beult join the River Medway. The parish includes the hamlet of Benover and the village of Laddingford and has a population of around 2,300 people. There are three bridges in the village and Town Bridge is considered one of the finest medieval bridges in the southeast of England.
Our task has been to draw together the many different interest groups in the parish to allow them to share ideas and develop a consensus around ideas for the future.
