Yalding Neighbourhood Plan

Neighbourhoods & Districts

Feria Urbanism has been appointed by Yalding Parish Council to assist them in the preparation of a neighbourhood plan.

Yalding is a village and civil parish in the Borough of Maidstone in Kent, England. The village is situated around 10km south west of Maidstone at a point where the Rivers Teise and Beult join the River Medway. The parish includes the hamlet of Benover and the village of Laddingford and has a population of around 2,300 people. There are three bridges in the village and Town Bridge is one of the finest medieval bridges in the south-east of England.

Our task has been to draw together the many different interest groups in the parish to allow them to share ideas and develop a consensus around ideas for the future.
