Feria Urbanism prepared a coordinated framework plan for four sites in south west of Billericay, having been appointed by a consortium of landowners and developers. The framework responds to the results of community engagement that we ran on behalf of the client team.

A community planning and design workshop was held in July 2019, and was attended by a wide range of invited stakeholder and community groups. The event was divided into three sessions across the day to enable as many groups as possible to participate.

The workshop sessions were based around a series of structured tasks, with participants encouraged to complete as many of the tasks and answers as many of the questions as possible within the three-hour session.
