Collaborating with Conran & Partners, the Frank Whittle Partnership and Pettit Singleton Associates, Feria Urbanism submitted an entry for a RIBA international design competition for an innovative residential scheme for a neighbourhood in Preston town centre.

Our team was one of just four shortlisted from 74 entries. Our ideas included forging new connections with nearby streets, creating an urban meadow, establishing active ground floor uses and providing a variety of dwellings sizes for support a mixed community. The proposed housing units incorporated a variety of sustainable construction techniques.
