Horsmonden Parish Council appointed Feria Urbanism to support the preparation of a neighbourhood plan.
Horsmonden is a village in the Tunbridge Wells district of Kent with a rich history in weaving, iron and gun founding, and hop growing. The parish is characterised by traditional buildings such as oast houses, along with hop gardens, orchards, farmland, ponds and woodland. The village is also well known for its annual Gypsy Horse Fair.
Our team organised and ran community consultation events in April 2018 and later helped the steering group prepare a series of exhibition posters in October 2018. The plan was approved at referendum in June 2022 with a 94% yes vote.
