Harrietsham Parish Council appointed Feria Urbanism to support the preparation of a neighbourhood plan for the parish.

Harrietsham is a rural and industrial village in the Maidstone district of Kent. Our role was to bring together the parish’s many interest groups to share ideas and build consensus around priorities for the future.

In June 2012, we ran a successful three-day design forum, exploring options for housing growth, ways to reconnect the village across busy roads, and opportunities to protect and enhance existing services and facilities. This work formed the foundation for the pre-submission version of the neighbourhood plan.
