Meyrick Estate Management appointed Feria Urbanism to support its work on housing allocations in Burton, near Christchurch in Dorset.

Our work revealed more about the concerns and aspirations of the local community as part of the site allocations process being undertaken by Christchurch Borough Council. We ran two public consultation events to find out more about local views and opinions on the allocations work.

Our team used its extensive experience in stakeholder engagement to good effect to uncover the issues of concerns to residents. The workshop results helped to inform a site development brief and to strengthen the evidence base for the allocations work.
