Bramshott & Liphook Parish Council appointed Feria Urbanism to support the preparation of a neighbourhood plan for the Hampshire parish.
Alongside the usual challenges of neighbourhood planning, this project involved the added complexity of working with two local planning authorities — East Hampshire District Council (EHDC) and the South Downs National Park Authority (SDNPA) — requiring the plan to align with two sets of planning regulations.
The parish also faces significant development pressure and frequent peak-hour congestion. Our work with the community focused on reconciling these competing demands to create a balanced and practical plan for the future.
