Feria Urbanism was appointed by Bramshott & Liphook Parish Council to help them as they prepare a neighbourhood plan for this Hampshire parish.
Alongside the usual challenges facing a neighbourhood plan, this project has the added complexity of involving two local planning authorities, East Hampshire District Council (EHDC) and the South Downs National Park Authority (SDNPA). This requires the final neighbourhood plan to be in conformity with two different sets of planning regulations.
Meanwhile, the parish is under considerable development pressure and already experiences peak hour traffic congestion. Our work with the community attempted to help reconcile these various competing demands.
