Our team was appointed to develop quantitative character assessment data, such as density calculations, setback distances, separation gaps and other measurable indicators. We gathered this data, from both desktop sources and from a site visit, to provide a supplementary report that sits alongside the existing character appraisal work undertaken by residents. Together, our report and the existing character appraisal, will become part of the evidence base for the emerging Chichester Neighbourhood Plan.
