Chichester City Council appointed Feria Urbanism to prepare part of the evidence base for the emerging Neighbourhood Plan.

Summersdale is an attractive, leafy area in the north of city. We produced quantitative character assessment data — including density calculations, setback distances, separation gaps, and other measurable indicators — gathered through both desktop research and site visits. The resulting supplementary report complements the character appraisal prepared by residents.
